What is your photography style?
When it comes to wedding photography, I bring a mix of styles. We’ll start with traditional shots to capture timeless memories, then add artistic elements that bring a creative edge to your photos. If you want candid and documentary moments throughout the entire day, I recommend full-day packages and a second photographer to make sure every angle is captured.

How do you approach the wedding day?
My approach is a balance of warmth and organization. I’m there to capture every moment while remaining unobtrusive and supportive. I keep the day running smoothly and help people feel comfortable, especially kids and large groups. I also highly recommend formal couple portraits in advance to reduce wedding-day stress and allow for a broader range of styles.
Do you offer videography?

I have a talented videographer who is available for engagements, pre-wedding sessions, and wedding day videography.

How long have you been photographing weddings?
I began my professional wedding photography journey in 2001, photographing a coworker’s wedding. Both the pictures and the experiene were amazing. Over the years, I’ve captured weddings of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to grand destination events.

Do you have experience with weddings of our size or type?
I have worked with diverse and unique weddings and am thrilled to help you with your unique needs. I am experienced  in German and ASL, and am learning Spanish and Italian. I am looking forward to comfortably handling multicultural and multilingual events.

I'm currently organizing portfolio galleries to showcase my work in a variety of settings, helping couples visualize what their photos might look like in similar lighting and venues. 20+ years of weddings is a lot to choose from!

My wedding packages vary by hours, number of edited images, and inclusions like albums or prints, engagement sessions and bridals.  I also offer customizable packages for those interested in additional coverage.

Will we have a pre-wedding consultation?
Absolutely. I make it a priority to meet with each couple to understand your vision and ensure all details are coordinated.

How do you handle scheduling and coordination on the day of?
Communication is key! I gather information about your schedule, venue, and other vendors to ensure smooth coordination on the day.

 

6. Backup and Contingencies

What if something goes wrong?
I always come prepared with backup equipment, including extra batteries, memory cards, and a secondary camera. In extreme cases, I have a network of skilled photographers who can step in if needed. A second photographer is also available as an option for additional peace of mind.

How long will it take to receive our photos?
Digital images are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks, while prints, albums, and canvases are custom-ordered, with timelines provided in advance.

What is your editing style?
I tailor my editing to match your vision. Send me your Pinterest (etc.) inspiration, and I’ll make sure your final images align with your preferred style.

My goal is to create a relaxed environment. With a positive, friendly approach, I guide couples and families through the process, helping everyone feel at ease.

With over 20 years of experience, I manage large family groups with confidence and ease. From coordinating kids to keeping the schedule on track, I ensure family photos are enjoyable and efficient.
