Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
     

  2. Cancellation: Cancellations made 30+ days before the session will receive a full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations made 7-30 days before the session will receive a 50% refund of the total fee (excluding the deposit).  
    Cancellations made within 7 days of the session will not be eligible for a refund.
    Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is allowed if notified 14 days before the session. Additional reschedules may incur a $50 fee. Reschedules are subject to photographer availability.
     

  3. No-Show: Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will forfeit the full session fee.
     

  4. Weather: Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at no extra cost, subject to photographer availability.
     

  5. Force Majeure: In the event of an emergency (natural disaster, illness, etc.), both parties have the right to cancel without penalty. Deposits will be refunded or transferred to a future session.
     

  6. Photographer Cancellations: In the rare event that the photographer must cancel, a full refund will be issued, or the client may reschedule at no extra cost.
