GIFT CARDS

Alba Photography Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

 

1. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable:

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person without express written consent.

 

2. Redemption Limitations:

Gift cards can only be applied toward photography sessions or print orders directly with Alba Photography and cannot be used for other services or products.

 

3. Expiration Date:

Expiration date are 12 months from the purchase date. Your session must be scheduled within those 12 months.

 

4. Session Reservation Requirement:

Redemption of the gift card requires a session reservation. Scheduling is subject to Alba Photography’s availability.

 

5. Additional Costs:

If the total session or print costs exceed the gift card value, the client will be responsible for paying the difference.

 

6. Non-Redeemable for Cash:

Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit except as required by law.

 

7. Replacement Policy:

Gift cards can be requested in digital or print format. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced, so clients should handle them with care.

 

7. No Partial Refunds for Unused Amounts:

Any unused balance after the session or print order cannot be refunded or credited.

 

8. Compliance with Session Policies:

Use of the gift card implies acceptance of Alba Photography’s session policies, which may cover topics such as scheduling, cancellations, and client responsibilities.
